Absolutely thrilled with my table and chairs. I would recommend the Direct Factory Furniture co to anyone who is in a rural area, they were so helpful and did exactly what they said they would as far as delivery and time. The product is very nice. I would definitely buy from this firm again.
I am thrilled with my new outdoor furniture, even more so the wonderful sales and service from Direct Factory Furniture, responded quickly to emails, organized next day delivery from Melbourne to Albury/Wodonga, and the delivery man was also Fantastic I would highly recommend this company to family & friends, you won't be disappointed, more companies need this type of service, thank you so much everyone at Direct Factory Furniture have a wonderful Christmas.
We found this outdoor setting on line and liked the look of it. We tried to place an order and found there was no option to deliver to our address in QLD. We reached out to The Direct Factory Furniture Australia and spoke with one of the team. So helpful. They called us back and had sorted an alternative carrier and sorted a competitive freight quote. They sent us through an online invoice and we placed the order immediately. The outdoor setting arrived in a very reasonable time and looks fantastic. The quality is good and is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this company and there products.
